She serves on the Board of Directors of the Belize Council for the Visually Impaired (BCVI) and is the Belize Country Delegate to the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI).
Oneyda holds degrees in Business Administration and Law from the University of Belize and the University of the West Indies, and a Certificate of Legal Education from the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica.

Wayne Anthony Piper

Wayne’s practice focuses on Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property, Employment, and Real Estate Law. He provides cross-border legal solutions drawing on experience across the Caribbean, representing clients in complex commercial and regulatory matters.
He served on the Board of Directors of the Development Finance Corporation (Belize) from 2021 to 2025, including as Deputy Chair, and as Chairperson of the Belize Social Security Board Appeals Panel during the same period.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of the West Indies, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University College of the Caribbean, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of London, and a Certificate of Legal Education from the Norman Manley Law School.
